Personal Data Processing Terms and Policy

1. General Provisions

This policy is adopted under Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing and protection of personal data submitted via the website form.

2. Legal Grounds

Processing is carried out on the basis of: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ, and other applicable regulations of the Russian Federation in personal data protection.

3. Data Categories

The Operator may process the following data submitted through the form: company name, contact person name, phone number, email, region, service type, message content, attached files, as well as technical data (date/time, hashed IP, user-agent).

4. Purposes of Processing

Data is processed solely to accept and process request for quote, communicate with the applicant, clarify project requirements, and maintain internal lead/accountability records.

5. Processing Actions

The Operator may perform collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification, use, transfer (where legally required), anonymization, blocking and deletion of personal data.

6. Consent and Withdrawal

Consent is provided by ticking the mandatory checkbox before form submission. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written request to info@moscos.ru. Upon withdrawal, processing is terminated unless otherwise required by law.

7. Data Subject Rights

Data subjects have the right to receive information about processing, request correction/blocking/deletion of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data, and exercise other rights established by law.

8. Security Measures

The Operator applies legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions.

9. Data Retention

Data is stored no longer than required for processing purposes and legal obligations, after which data is deleted or anonymized unless mandatory retention periods apply.

10. Applicable Consent Text

By checking the box before submission, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and gives consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes listed above.
