1. Scope and legal basis
This policy applies to moscos.ru and the quote request form. Processing is performed under Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the data subject's separate consent, actions required to respond to the request and, where applicable, contract preparation or performance.
2. Data and purposes
MOSCOS may process company name, contact name, phone, email, region, selected services, project parameters, message, attachments, consent evidence, request time, user agent and a protected IP hash. The purposes are request handling, communication, engineering qualification, preparation of an estimate, security, abuse prevention and statutory records.
3. Website storage and analytics
Necessary technologies operate without optional consent. Persistent quote drafts, Yandex Metrica, Session Replay and marketing attribution are enabled only for the categories selected by the visitor. Details and retention are published in the Cookie Policy.
4. Recipients and processing
Access is limited to authorized MOSCOS employees and contracted processors that provide hosting, communication or analytics services under confidentiality and data-processing obligations. Yandex Metrica is used only after analytics consent. MOSCOS does not sell personal data.
5. Retention and deletion
Request data is retained only while required to process the request, prepare or perform a contract, resolve claims and comply with law. Optional browser storage follows the periods in the Cookie Policy. Data is deleted or anonymized when the purpose and mandatory retention grounds cease.
6. Security
MOSCOS uses access control, encrypted transport, server-side authorization, audit events, request validation, restricted attachment storage and organizational measures intended to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
7. Your rights
You may request information, correction, restriction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by emailing info@moscos.ru. The request must contain enough information to identify the relevant submission. Processing based on consent stops after withdrawal unless another legal basis requires retention.
